DTF (Direct-To-Film) transfer is a combination of digital printing and screen printing. This transfer process provides excellent colour rendering with the strength and durability of screen printing.

An intermediate alternative between low-volume printers and equipment designed for large production runs, the N4030 is the ideal solution for small-quantity transfer production on 30 cm wide rolls.

Logos, photographs, four-colour process, gradients, fine details: all types of visuals can be reproduced without borders or outlines on translucent PET transfer sheets.
Equipped with two print heads (one in CMYK and one in white), the N4030 can print the visual and the white background in succession with each pass!

Designed with the same components as the N4060-T2/T4, the N4030 offers high-quality manufacturing, robustness and reliability for long-term use. Equipped with two high-quality print heads, the N4030 combines speed, production stability and print quality.

Quick to set up, this printing solution is ideal for small runs, with a refillable ink can system and very low running costs. Printing is done on an easy-to-handle roll medium.

The Flexi Print and Print Experience software, included as standard, allows you to prepare files and produce prints easily and professionally.
The DTF transfer is then applied using a heat press to textiles, caps and luggage, whether light or dark in colour, without any loss of colour.
