DTF Printer TMax N4060-T2E - 56 cm printable - CMYK + White

DTF (Direct-To-Film) transfer combines digital printing and screen printing. This transfer process allows for excellent color reproduction with the durability and resistance of screen printing.

With the N4060-T2E printer, this multi-color transfer is made using inks for reproducing the design, a white base layer, and a powder adhesive that ensures opacity and wash durability. The entire process is handled digitally, eliminating the need for any manual screen printing by the operator.

Logos, photographs, CMYK designs, gradients, and fine details can all be reproduced without outlines or borders on translucent PET transfer sheets.

Equipped with two print heads (one for CMYK and one for white), the N4060-T2E can successively print the design and the white base in a single pass!

Once printed with the N4060-T2E, the ink is then covered with a powder adhesive applied via the powdering tunnel (T100 Light or T200 Auto Recycling).

Fixing and excess powder removal are carried out automatically in the tunnel using a shaking system and exposure to heated lamps.

Quick to set up, this printing solution allows for small runs as well as high-volume production thanks to a large ink system in refillable containers and very low production costs. Printing is done on roll media, easily handled thanks to the integrated roll feeder in the tunnel.

The DTF transfer is then applied using a heat press on textiles, caps, and bags—whether light or dark—without any color loss.
