PROMATTEX simplified joint-stock company registered to BOBIGNY Commercial Court (Système Informatique du Répertoire des Entreprises 408 484 913) proceed to personal data processing (defined hereafter) as part of its activity.

The current “Privacy and Data Protection Policy” has for object to inform all the physical persons concerned, designated below by “you, your/yours” on how PROMATTEX collects and uses the personal data and on the means you have, to control this use. This policy also has for object to define the commitments taken by PROMATTEX concerning the respect for the principles of the European regulation n° 2016/679, general regulations on personal data protection.

The current policy does not apply on third party websites possibly mentioned on our websites.

PROMATTEX ensures to protect and secure your personal data, to assure it confidentiality and to prevent them to be distorted, destroyed or disclosed to non authorised third parties. PROMATTEX took physical, electronic and organizational protection measures to prevent any loss, misuse, unauthorized access or dissemination, alteration or possible destruction of your personal data. However, despite PROMATTEX’s efforts to protect your personal data, PROMATTEX can not guarantee the infallibility of those security measures because of unavoidable risks that may arise during the personal data transmission.
