Tunnel TMax T100 Auto - For DTF printing

The T100 Auto Recycling tunnel performs two major functions in the DTF transfer preparation process (for the N4030 printer):

- It ensures a homogeneous application of thermofusible powder over all prints, thanks to a paddle-beating system with an excess-powder recovery system, which automatically returns the unused powder back into circulation with no need for operator intervention.

- It also provides drying after the powder application, where the printed film passes through the infrared tube heating system.

This model is equipped with a non-adhesive conveyor belt that offers improved temperature stability during the phase where the thermofusible powder is fixed onto the inks.
At the tunnel exit, the prints are ready for textile transfer.

Thanks to its automatic powder-recycling system, this tunnel model requires very little operator intervention. The machine is continuously fed during production, and the operator only needs to refill the reservoir.
