Tunnel TMax T200 Auto Recycling - For DTF printing

The T200 Auto Recycling tunnel performs two major roles in the preparation process of DTF transfers:

- it ensures a homogeneous application of thermofusible powder on all prints, thanks to a paddle-beating system, with a powder surplus recovery system which automatically recycles it back into use, without any human intervention

- it also ensures the drying phase after powder application, where the printed film then goes through the infrared tube heating system

This model is equipped with a non-stick conveyor belt offering better temperature stability during the curing phase of the thermofusible powder on the inks.

At the tunnel exit, the prints are ready for transfer onto textile.

Thanks to its automatic powder recycling system, this tunnel model requires very little operator intervention. The tunnel is supplied continuously during production, the operator only intervenes to refill the reservoir.
